We offer many varieties of Arancini at Sicily Street, all varieties are not available all the time, we typically have the traditional flavors while rotating the many other new flavors and menu items we have to offer. Vegetarian and Gluten Free are recipes we are always working on. All vegetarian items are prepared using separate utensils than non vegetarian items.
Using Nonnina's secret family recipe, our Ragu Arancini are the most traditional of all Arancini. Filled with Nonnina's ragu sauce that includes beef, carrots, celery, peas, cheese, saffron rice and, did we say cheese?
Zia Giusepena's favorite, a traditional recipe found all over Sicily, this Arancino includes prosciutto-cotto, 3 different types of cheese.

This Arancino features Nonnina's Mushroom Risotto recipe and optional truffle salt.

We use a homemade Louisiana family recipe for this Macaroni and Cheese filled Arancino with even more cheese at it's gooey center.
Okay, here is where some real food and culture fusion happens. This Cajun inspired Arancino is filled with a Louisiana family recipe of Crawfish Étouffée with a creamy Pepper Jack cheese center. A little bit of Sicily, a little bit of Cajun Country.

This pizza, in Sicily, is known as The Sicilian. Created using special pizza dough recipe in the shape of a calzone, filled with cheeses, and offered with or without anchovies then fried.

There are as many Zeppole recipes as there are dialects, this is Nonnina's recipe using rice, flower, honey, orange zest, and orange juice.
